Which project would you most like to talk about? Please describe it in 3 short sentences! Würth Böheimkirchen, Würth Austria headquarters; it is a state-of-the-art logistics warehouse that is controlled almost exclusively automatically. There is also a technically state-of-the-art delivery and supply area, combined with technical and social rooms. Untypical and all the more remarkable is an "art area" in the inner courtyard atrium and at the transition to the administration building. The property is a very open, multi-storey administration building with interesting architectural impressions. What makes this project special for you? For me, it is one of the most beautiful commercial buildings; what was special for me in the construction of this commercial project was the time sequence and also the adherence to the detailed specifications in the realisation. What was the biggest challenge with this building? Keeping an overview of the technical, scheduling and economic aspects, but also realising the client's objections and wishes. Who was your most important contact for this project and how would you describe the collaboration? Many people from the Würth management were my most important contacts during the implementation phase, but with Bernd Kubinger I had a very competent and goal-oriented person as a partner in the realisation.
