1+1=3 Talk with Michael Pitsch
Michael Pitsch is responsible for several projects as a team leader in execution planning.Which project would you most like to talk about? Please describe it in 3 short sentences!
I am the team leader for implementation planning in our office and am responsible for a large number of projects at the same time. My team and I work on the projects once planning permission has been granted and implementation planning begins. This fact means that there is no one favourite project for me. It is the variety that I appreciate about my work.
What do you particularly enjoy about your job?
As already mentioned, it's the variety and diversity of projects that make my work special. We usually have phases in which 10 projects run in parallel and have to be processed in the various stages of implementation planning and construction.
What is the biggest challenge in your work?
The constant "switching" between the individual projects and being able to call up and process the necessary information immediately is sometimes a challenge, but at the same time it's what makes it so exciting.
What generally characterises your contacts in particular?
I have the advantage of being able to rely on the expertise of well-trained and motivated colleagues. An open, direct and collegial approach is at the centre of everything we do. When communicating externally; with clients, authorities and the responsible contractors, it is crucial for me that agreements are binding and that there is an open, trust-building dialogue.
