The well-coordinated team around the site managers Ms Petra Schick and Mr Manuel Aminger is highly committed and realises all the wishes of the clients and architects to their complete satisfaction. Despite severe crises, there has been neither a reduction in quality nor a delay - on the contrary - the construction site is progressing with remarkable speed and at the same time delivering a first-class building that will give the future owners and users much pleasure." What was special about the architecture and design of the Höchstädtplatz BT3+4 building for you? Manuel Aminger: "The Höchstädtplatz project has once again shown that attractive architecture can be realised even with maximum use of space and the greatest attention to the needs of future residents. Each of the 4 new building sections stands out from its neighbours and functions largely independently. The flat layouts are clear, open and bright so that the needs of the residents are met in the best possible way. The open spaces and common areas also have a clear structure. I am sure that the residents will feel at home in the complex and live there for a long time." Mr Aminger, what do you think particularly characterises the collaboration with Hawlik Gerginski? "The entire team is very goal- and solution-orientated, both in terms of the architectural and commercial components. The motto "Together instead of alone" is our top priority." You worked together with DI Andreas Ettmayer during the planning phase. How would you describe the collaboration? "The cooperation with the project manager Mr Andreas Ettmayer can be summarised as "highly professional". Enquiries were dealt with promptly. Our wishes were also promptly checked and put on paper at short notice, so that we would be happy to work together again at any time. I would particularly like to emphasise his curiosity for new solutions."
