one and one is three - Matthias Reiterer - Andreas Ettmayer - Höchstädtplatz

We live "one and one is three". Together with our clients, we create buildings that put people and their needs at the centre. Working together with our clients as equals and in constructive cooperation is particularly important to us. Andreas Ettmayer: "I found it very pleasant that not only the economic, but above all the technical expertise in all areas lies with the client himself. This enabled quick decision-making and ensured smooth processes. The respectful approach was the basis for the entire project team, which resulted in exceptional performance." What do you find special about the architecture and design of the Höchstädtplatz project? "The challenge was to adapt the project to the user requirements. The different identities of the buildings are particularly successful, which are represented above all by the design of the façades and the high quality of the entrance areas." During the planning phase, you worked with BM ING. Matthias Reiterer during the planning phase. How would you describe the collaboration? "I have rarely experienced a client who is not only extremely competent from a technical point of view, but who also enjoyed driving the project forward so much. As the entire project team was extremely well coordinated, even the late entry of Mr Reiterer into the project did not play a role. I would also like to thank him once again for the cooperative and extremely pleasant collaboration." Mr Reiterer, what do you appreciate about working with Hawlik Gerginski? "Collaboration can be described as constructive and solution-orientated on all lines and in all areas in terms of conception, implementation planning and detailed design. The areas of construction realisation were conscientiously implemented to the satisfaction of all those involved. Within the team, appreciation, listening, communication and technical expertise as well as a lively culture are one of the success criteria for the property developer." What do you think is special about the architecture and design of the Höchstädtplatz project? "The scope of the project due to dependencies on other buildings and the interplay between utilisation requirements and architecture in practice is always a particular area of tension, which was resolved very positively." You worked together with DI Ettmayer during the planning phase. How would you describe the collaboration? "As already mentioned above, my personal involvement in the project at a later stage and the associated adjustments or adaptations in terms of implementation meant that the team was able to optimise and efficiently implement the project in a cooperative manner. Once again, we would like to express our sincere thanks for the mutual trust and the culture we practised."
