one and one is three - Michael Stöckl - Evgeni Gerginski - Sechshauserstraße
We live "one and one is three".
Together with our clients, we create buildings that put people and their needs at the centre. Working together with our clients as equals and in constructive co-operation is particularly important to us.
What was special about the architecture and design of the Sechshauserstraße building for you?
In my opinion, the architecture and design of the Sechshauser Straße / Ullmannstraße project is characterised by a holistic approach to the project, which can be described as a complex starting point for a project due to the different uses and construction methods as well as the requirements of the existing protection zone and the desired ÖGNI certification. However, this complexity was mastered excellently thanks to a great deal of overview and creativity, but certainly also due to the experience and expertise available for such "difficult" projects.
What do you think particularly characterises the collaboration with Hawlik Gerginski?
In my opinion, the collaboration with Hawlik Gerginski is particularly characterised by the high level of efficiency. Proposed solutions and decision bases are thought through and worked out in the shortest possible time, coordination with authorities and other stakeholders takes place directly, coordination with the individual specialist planners takes place with the greatest overview - for me, this is where the holistic view of the project comes full circle.
You are currently working on the Sechshauserstraße construction project with Arch. DI Evgeni Gerginski on the Sechshauserstraße project. How would you describe the cooperation?
The collaboration with Arch. DI Evgeni Gerginski can be summarised as very successful and pleasant. From day one, we met as equals and with tangible appreciation - I look forward to further projects!
