Philip Spiel motivates us with his determined manner to achieve the best possible result for the residents of our joint projects and thus create high-quality living space." Philip Spiel: "Hawlik Gerginski understands the business model of project developers very well. The combination of an attractive design of the entire property, the conception of floor plans that were well received by the buyers and economical planning with regard to construction costs are the company's strengths. We certainly appreciate the team's goal-orientated way of working." Mr Spiel, what was special about the architecture and design of the garden residence for you? "The GartenResidenz in Schweizertalstrasse was a challenge in many respects in terms of planning. The location of the property required a lot of care and consideration for the surrounding properties and specific solutions in order to create attractive units for the residents throughout." You worked with Mr Stadler during the planning phase. How would you describe the collaboration? "Service-orientated. In contrast to other architects, Hawlik Gerginski understood that they are service providers and not artists. Mr Stadler also implemented this very well in the collaboration. They acted quickly and reliably, and the cooperation was characterised by a great deal of understanding for all stakeholders."
