Karin Rezar: "The collaboration with Christoph Redl and the team at Zima Vienna is characterised by a pleasant working relationship, a respectful working atmosphere and a high level of expertise. Christoph always endeavours to support us and together we do everything we can to realise a great project and create better living spaces for the future residents. The focus is on the common goal and it's fun to work on it together!" Mr Redl, what was special about the architecture and design of the Attemsgasse building for you? "Working together as a team, we were able to put together an efficient project, taking into account both the architectural design and the functional benefits for the future residents in a balanced relationship! The compact floor plans in combination with generous open spaces are the special result of the planning by Hawlik Gerginski!" What do you think particularly characterises the collaboration with Hawlik Gerginski? "Despite our repeated requests for changes at short notice during the submission phase and the sometimes difficult bureaucracy of the authorities, the building permit was realised in time for the planned start of construction!" You are currently working on the Attemsgasse building project with Arch. DI Karin Rezar on the Attemsgasse building project. How would you describe the cooperation? "I am very grateful for the patience and perseverance that Karin and her team have with us! They implemented our wishes and specifications, which were certainly not always easy, in the best possible way in the execution planning and contributed directly to the successful completion of the construction site in Attemsgasse with their commitment and solution-orientated work."
