Dear Gerald, as you may know, our company motto is 1+1=3 in terms of the added value of our collaboration with customers. Where do you see the added value in our joint work?
The big advantage is clearly our long-term collaboration. We developed the base in Hollabrunn with you and can now build on our experience for many other projects.
What challenges do you think we will face in the future?
Developments are constantly progressing and innovations are becoming increasingly short-lived - it is important to remain as adaptable as possible. This applies not only to our core business, but also to the modernisation of our bases. In Hollabrunn, we have jointly created a building that is very sustainable with a significant proportion of wood on the one hand and remains very flexible with a planned expansion option on the other.
The ÖAMTC works with many different partners due to its broad field of activity. What do you particularly appreciate about HAWLIK GERGINSKI Architekten?
It's very nice to see that you fulfil the role of general planner extremely well and combine all competencies. With you, we have a contact partner who reliably accompanies us from the start of a project to its completion.
