Hawlik Gerginski designed the new buildings on the site of the former Globus publishing house in the 20th district. Part of this includes a project for Die Wohnkompanie, with a particular focus on sustainability. The project has now been awarded the ÖGNI gold pre-certificate. A total of 600 flats with a gross floor area of 44,600 square metres are being built on Dresdner Strasse, with construction of the DWK component starting in November of this year. Two of the six listed buildings will form an attractive ensemble with the newly constructed buildings. The residential quarter will also include a local supermarket and an underground car park with around 260 parking spaces.
