Made it despite the COVID-19 crisis! The flats at Kirschblütenpark, a project by C&P Immobilien, were handed over on time. A total of 300 flats are being built in five construction phases at Bloom 22, the property's flowery name. The first of these have now been handed over to the tenants in a special kind of gathering. The first tenants will move in at the beginning of April, and the meetings were of course organised with the appropriate precautionary measures. Individual inspections and hygienic gloves were provided for everyone. Together with our client and on behalf of the new residents, we are delighted that this building was completed on time and would like to thank everyone involved!
