What is most important to you when planning a property project? We have built around 1,250 flats in the Da Vinci Group for more than 30 years. The focus has always been on ensuring that our properties fulfil the expectations of discerning residents. There are no unimportant details in property development; everything has to be implemented with meticulousness and passion. What does "good" architecture mean to you? Architecture is good when the future residents enjoy living in their homes. Meticulous planning and ongoing revisions create optimal floor plans without wasting space. Our namesake Leonardo Da Vinci is a role model for us in many respects - the golden ratio, the perfect interplay of all elements and proportions, is an absolute goal to be pursued. What do you think are the strengths of Hawlik Gerginski? The team creates a very good symbiosis between the requirements of the future residents and the economic design of a building. For us, architecture is not an end in itself - and this is realised very well. The motto of Hawlik Gerginski is "One+One=Three" - Efficient Work, Human Action and Powerful Ideas - What makes a powerful idea for you? An idea is powerful if it is simple and easy to realise and can be implemented "on the market". An idea that only exists in a quiet little room is of no use to anyone.
