We are happy to work for....
...Thomas Thaler. He manages the Vienna office of ZIMA. We had the honour of designing and planning the "Kirschblüte" project in Vienna Donaustadt for the company. What is most important to you when planning a property project? It has to be considered from the very first moment that the customers should also enjoy buying and living in the flat. And of course the project must also be economically successfulWhat does "good" architecture mean to you? If the project, the building tells a story that the customer can understand without much explanation. What do you think are Hawlik Gerginski's strengths? The team has been in the business for a long time and knows what property developers want. Andreas Hawlik simply knows what makes us "tick". That is certainly the greatest strength. What fond memories do you have of the joint project? We changed architects for the cherry blossom project during the familiarisation phase. It ended up being Hawlik Gerginski. I still remember signing the contract today as the start of a very pleasant collaboration.Hawlik Gerginski's motto is "One+One=Three" - efficient work, human behaviour and powerful ideas - what makes a powerful idea for you?
