Hannes Speiser, authorised signatory and competent partner in our work in a short interview: What is most important to you when planning a property project? When we develop property, we have to think and plan flexibly. It is essential to recognise trends at an early stage. We need to know which space solutions will be in demand in the future in order to create lasting value for generations, true to our motto. We also take a detailed look at the location before starting a property project. We only consider excellent micro-locations that guarantee a very special quality of life. What does "good" architecture mean to you? We are characterised by cooperating with many different partners and appreciate the diversity of architectural approaches, as each project is designed individually. As a matter of principle, however, we only work with architecture firms that also support our values. They pursue visionary approaches, promote ecological concepts and energy-efficient construction methods and strive for a long-term partnership with us. For us, good architecture therefore means delivering exciting, sustainable solutions in terms of flat mix and floor plan, while thinking economically and highlighting the special features of each project - both in the new-build segment and in the area of refurbishing old buildings.
