When planning a property, the main priority is that the product must ultimately be so good that it is accepted by the user, i.e. sold or rented. In doing so, it is important to respond to the conditions of the property and to achieve the economic optimum using creative ideas. It is also important to make optimum use of ideas and flexibility where the building regulations allow. Experience, the right "spirit" and commitment play a major role here. What does "good" architecture mean to you? Architecture is "good" when the interior of a building is designed in such a way that you want to live or work in it. Of course, the exterior must also be appealing, but the usability of the interior is crucial. Also, whether the necessary flexibility is there so that new solutions can be found. What do you think are the strengths of Hawlik Gerginski? They realise all of this.(smiles) Seriously, it is very pleasant to work with Hawlik Gerginski. The bosses have the right spirit when approaching a task, they are also approachable, so the company is not yet "too big". But there are also many excellent employees in the entire team. What fond memories do you have of the joint project? We are currently only working on one project. The best moment so far has been that - after a long, long wait in the dedication process - there is finally a building negotiation. That was extremely relieving.
