Once a month, Hawlik Gerginski organises the "International Cuisine Day", during which each of our employees prepares a variety of dishes from their home country. This time on the menu: Ottoman specialities! Serden and Kenan conjured up all kinds of delicacies, including "Çiğ Köfte", a strongly flavoured, minced beef rolled up in lettuce leaves and refined with pomegranate syrup.
