The building project at Hohenbergstrasse 20 is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Vienna's 12th district, surrounded by buildings from the early twentieth century, directly opposite the Meidling barracks. On the western extension of Hohenbergstraße, the Gloriette in Schönbrunn Palace Park is just a few minutes' walk away. The planned residential complex consists of two stairwells and two courtyard houses for a total of 39 residential units. The building's own underground car park, which can be reached via a ramp from Hohenbergstrasse, will have 18 parking spaces. The front garden forms a green buffer zone between the street and the building entrance, where the children's playground will also be set up. All ground floor flats have private gardens, while the flats above ground have access to generous open spaces.
