Along the Pratercottage in Böcklinstraße there are some very beautiful, spacious Wilhelminian-style old buildings that benefit from their proximity to the green Prater. On the corner of Paffrathgasse and Böcklinstrasse, we built a two-storey loft conversion on one such building. The special feature of this building is that it has a steep mansard roof, which allows for a more generous room layout than with a standard attic storey. The 7 new maisonette flats all have loggias or spacious courtyard-side roof terraces.
