In Poysdorf, we acted as general planner (competition, 1st prize) for the construction of a 120-bed care home for the Haus der Barmherzigkeit. This first large 4th generation care home in Austria is a pioneering project for the Lower Austrian care landscape. The 8 residential groups are housed in 3 buildings and all have a kitchen-living room facing the neighbouring bathing pond.
The residential buildings are connected by an organically designed access wing to enable residents to take walks through the countryside even in unfavourable weather conditions.
