The special location of Kaisermühlen, surrounded by water areas and green recreational space in combination with good existing infrastructure, makes this "village in the city" a desirable and sought-after place to live. The special location of the building gap means that all flats benefit from a view of the Old Danube. Consequently, the garden side of this house was fitted with generous glazing and balconies and loggias in front. On the street side, an aluminium shingle façade protects the building from urban influences.
