In the west of Vienna, there is a large reservoir of unused building land that can be redensified with appropriate development. The Seemüllergasse project is an example of such redensifying development within the local area. Here, two buildings are inserted into the slope of the Schafberg. They are heated without the use of fossil fuels, and the air heat pumps allow the temperature to be maintained even in summer. The special colour and material concept on the façade and inside the building meets the high expectations of customers in this green residential area.
